This Privacy Policy explains how Mert Çelik Denizer ("the Company" or "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data on vesikalik.com.tr and in our AI-powered biometric photo analysis, generation, and print ordering services.

Data We Collect

Account and identity data

• On account creation: first name, last name, email, phone
• On guest orders (no account): email, full name, phone

Order and delivery data

• Order contents (selected format/size, package, quantity, amounts) and order history
• If cargo or courier delivery is chosen: delivery address (province, district, postal code, full address) and recipient phone number
• Payment method and payment status — your credit card details are never stored on our systems

Photo and analysis data

• The photo you upload and the results produced by the analysis engine (compliance verdict, measurements, crop geometry)
• The generated biometric photo and print sheet files (needed to fulfil your order)

Technical data

• IP address, browser info (user-agent), page views, error logs

Purposes of Use

• Providing the photo analysis and generation service
• Taking orders, tracking payment, print production, and delivery (digital file, cargo, or courier)
• Managing your account and giving you access to your order and analysis history
• Security, abuse detection, and error tracking
• Fulfilling legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, consumer law)
• Marketing communication, subject to your explicit consent

How Your Photos Are Processed

Photo analysis and background removal run entirely on our own servers; your photos are never sent to any third-party service for analysis. Stored images are kept in private storage with no public URL; only you (through your account) and authorized administrators can access them.

Retention

• Analysis photos not linked to an order (original, processed, and preview): 7 days.
• Account analysis history without an order: 30 days.
• Order-linked photo and print files: 90 days after the order is completed.
• Order and invoice records (excluding image files): at least 10 years under tax and consumer law.
• Log records: up to 12 months.
• Account deletion: Upon your request, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Data Transfers

Your personal data is not transferred abroad; all data is hosted on our servers in Turkey. To the extent necessary for delivery, your name, phone, and address are shared with our contracted cargo/courier company. Information may be disclosed to competent public authorities where legally required.

Your Rights
