Terms of Service

By using vesikalik.com.tr and its services, you agree to the following terms. For paid orders, the Distance Sales Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

1. Service Description

vesikalik.com.tr is a platform that analyzes your uploaded photo with AI against biometric standards (ICAO 9303 and relevant national requirements), automatically crops it and removes the background to produce a print-ready photo, and lets you order it as a digital file or as printed photos (delivered by cargo or courier).

Analysis results are advisory; final acceptance of the photo rests with the relevant official authority (civil registry, consulate, etc.).

2. Account, Guest Orders, and Responsibility

Orders can be completed without registering (as a guest); in that case an account is created for you with the email you provide at the payment step, and your order is linked to it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (especially your email and delivery address). You must keep your password confidential; actions taken through your account are attributed to you.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload photos of yourself or of persons whose permission you have obtained; uploading third-party images without consent is prohibited.
• Unlawful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content must not be uploaded.
• Automated querying, reverse engineering, and any interference with the normal operation of the service are prohibited.

4. Orders and Pricing

Photo analysis is free and subject to a fair-use quota. Prices for digital files and print packages are shown in the order wizard including VAT. Payment can be made by bank transfer/EFT or credit card; the order is processed once payment is confirmed. Prices may change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.

5. Delivery

• Digital file: Downloadable from your account's order page after payment confirmation.
• Cargo: Nationwide in Turkey; the fee and free-shipping threshold are shown in the order summary.
• Courier: In served areas, next-day delivery is targeted for orders placed before the announced cutoff time.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content (logo, design, software, and analysis algorithms) is the intellectual property of vesikalik.com.tr. Copyright of your uploaded photos remains with you; you grant us only the processing rights necessary to perform the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". vesikalik.com.tr does not warrant that the produced photo will be accepted by any official authority and cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from a rejection (appointments, fees, travel costs, etc.). Your statutory rights regarding defective products and withdrawal remain unaffected (see the Distance Sales Agreement).

8. Suspension and Termination

In case of a breach of these terms, your account may be suspended or closed without prior notice. Your rights relating to completed orders remain unaffected.

9. Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
