Cargo delivery took an extra day in my case, but the order tracking email kept me informed.

The warning that the chip must precede the vaccination saved me. My order had been the wrong way round.

The edge was slightly soft on my long-haired collie. The page said that is the hardest case, so no surprise.

The face looks large on the card. I had given a full-body photo before and nothing was distinguishable.

Honest about there being no sharpness check. I zoomed in on the eyes before uploading; my first frame was soft.

Coat pattern and eye colour came through untouched. Other tools turned my cat into a different animal.

Two prints were enough for the renewal, but I kept spares from the sheet just in case. Good peace of mind.

They explain that the animal itself is never altered. That is exactly why I did not use a free generator.

Checked the preview at full zoom before paying; hair edges were clean.

Four identical 50×60 copies from one sheet, cut lines visible. Used them for my Turkish ID card application.

Useful to learn jewellery is fine unless it hides the face. I stopped removing my earrings for every photo.

The explanation that engraving reads the edge rather than tonal gradation finally made the requirement make sense.

Standing two metres from the wall removed the background shadow completely. Small detail, big difference.

The kitchen cupboards behind me were replaced by a clean light grey studio background. Exactly what I needed.

Cargo delivery took an extra day in my case, but the order tracking email kept me informed.

Learning that applicant tracking systems ignore the image changed how I named and placed the file.

Fixing head height as a percentage was the step we were missing. Before that the frames jumped around.

Honest about there being no legal size for a corporate portrait. Other sites invent millimetres.

The modest-dress and face-coverage checks matched exactly what Nusuk asks. Zero back-and-forth.

One shoot gave me the LinkedIn square and the CV file. No studio appointment needed.

Prices shown on the page matched the checkout exactly, VAT included.

Two people in one order, one shipping fee. Both sheets arrived in the same envelope.

I had a 50×60 file and did not realise the ratio differs. Re-cropping to 3:4 solved it.

Photo quality is solid, the auto-crop got the head ratio right. Only wish the prints came in a firmer envelope.
